  34.     patch1230scsi D=DELAY/K/N,T=TIMER/S,R=REBOOT/S,Q=QUIET/S

  36.    FUNCTION
  37.     patch1230scsi is for all users of the Blizzard 1230-I and
  38.     1230-II board with scsi-controller (scsi Version 1 Rev. 22).
  39.     It fixes a small bug in the device-code and removes the long
  40.     boot-delay.
  41.  
  42.    INPUTS
  43.     D=DELAY/N/K  You can specify delay-values from 1 to 15.
  44.                  The original value is 15 (very slow), the default
  45.                  value is 1 (very fast). Use a higher value, if you
  46.                  should have problems with the scsi-initialisation.
  47.  
  48.     T=TIMER/S    Set this switch if you want to use the original
  49.                  timer.device wait-routine. Default: Don't use the
  50.                  original routine. Use this switch, if you should
  51.                  have problems with the scsi-initialisation.
  52.  
  53.     R=REBOOT/S   Set this switch if you want to reboot immediately
  54.                  after installing the patches. Without this switch
  55.                  the patch will be installed during the next system-
  56.                  reboot. Default: Don't reboot.
  57.  
  58.                  Note: Patch will become active only after reboot!
  59.  
  60.     Q=QUIET/S    Set this switch to avoid text-output.

  62.    RESULTS
  63.     a small resident kicktag, which patches the 1230scsi.device
  64.     during system-initialisation. You can see a successfull patching
  65.     if a short blue flash appears during reboot.
